Stripplakk / striplac

Well well, eventually I fell ill. Though I must say that I have been in quite a good health this winter. So now I'm curled up in the sofa, watching tons of series and drinking 20 cups of tea a day. It would sound a nice break if I hadn't a headache and terrible cough.
Anyway, I thought about giving you a review about striplac which I tried out last week. I was so tired doing my nails all the time, so I thought to give it a try. For people who doesn't know what striplac is or how it's done…it's a peel-off UV polish. First you add a layer with no color, then two colored layers and finally again a layer with no color. After every cover you have to hold your nails under UV lamp. Once it's done you can rest about 7-10 days. It depends how fast your nails grow or how much the outgrow bothers you. If you want to remove the polish, then just peel off the polish by putting your nail between the polish and nail plate. If in between some nail polishes are peeling off themselves, you can add some glue with toothpick between nail polish and nail plate.
I will probably stick with this one. The thing I like about it is that striplac has shine the whole time. With  usual nail polish I usually mess up the shine while the nails are still drying or the shine fades away with a day or two. Also the tips of the nails don't crack so the white part is seen.
On the pictures the striplac has been 6 days on my nails and has outgrown a bit.

Lõpuks siis jõudis kätte see aeg, kui ma ägisedes diivanil ingveri teed lurbin ja kõikvõimalikud saated telekast ära vaatan. Kuigi tuleb tõele au anda, et see sügis/talv on võrdlemisi hea tervise juures möödunud siiani.
Kuid põhilise juurde..ma otsustasin lõpuks ära proovida stripplaki. Selle põhimõte on selles, et mingi aja möödudes (umbes 7-10 päeva) tuleb küünelakk koorudes maha. Lakkimiseks on vajalik vastav UV-lamp, spetsiaalne aluslakk (mis on ühtlasi pealislakk) ja spetsiaalne värviline lakk. Kõigepealt tuleb küüned vastavate lapikestega puhastada (eemaldab õli). Seejärel üks aluslaki kiht, kaks kihti värvilist lakki ja üks kiht pealislakki. Pärast iga kihi pealekandmist tuleb küüsi hoida UV lambi all. Mingi hetk hakkab lakk küüntelt maha kooruma. Kui pole veel soovi kogu kupatust uuesti teha, siis võib hambatiku abil küüneliimi küüneplaadi ja laki vahele panna, et lakk peal püsiks veel. Koorumine meenutab veidi nagu küünlavaha koorumist nahalt/küüntelt (kui keegi veel vahaga mängis lapsena peale minu:)).
Ma tõenäoliselt hakkan seda ka edaspidi tegema, kuna tavalise küünelakiga kaob läige väga kiiresti ja küünte otsad lähevad nii kiiresti valgeks (lakk kulub sealt eriti kiiresti ära). Stripplakiga on läige kogu nädala.
Piltidel on mul stripplakk olnud 6 päeva peal ja veidi väljakasvanud. Kokku pidas lakk vastu minu küüntel 7 päeva.
