For hair and body /Juuste ja keha heaks

I decided to do something good for my hair and body. Actually I should have started that much earlier than now but better late than never. Anyways, I started to repair the health of my hair, skin, nails and body. Last week I went to hairdresser to highlight the hair and felt that my hair need something to be more alive..and the other day I was sunbathing and looked my soft belly and realised I need to do something.

Ma otsustasin ennast veidi kätte võtta, mida ma oleks pidanud juba natuke varem tegema. Samas, parem hilja kui mitte kunagi. Eelmine nädal käisin ma juuksuris triibutamas ja vaatasin, et juukseotsad ikka üpris kuivad ja juukseid tuleks kuidagi turgutada. Ning ühel teisel päeval päikest võttes vaatasin enda pehmet absoluutselt mitte trimmis kõhtu ja otsustasin, et nüüd tuleks küll midagi ette võtta.

So this is my plan / Niisiis, siin on mu plaan:
At first I bought some capsules for my hair and nails /Kõigepealt ma ostsin kapslid, mis on mõeldud juuste ja küünte seisukorra parandamiseks



Then I bought hair ampules (Placent Activ) which are supposed to massage in the scalp to enliven the hair roots / Seejärel ma ostsin Placent Activ ampullid, mis peaksid peanahka ja juuksejuuri ergutama



Then I bought a deep cleansing shampoo (Schwarzkopf). It is good to deep clean the hair once and a while. After shampooing you should put some effivcient hair mask in hair and hold it atleast 15 minutes. To increase the effect of the hair mask you should put on a shower cap and wrap a towel around it. It makes the hair mask warm and helps to improve the hair.

Lisaks ma ostsin sügavpuhastava shampooni, mida on kasulik aegajalt kasutada. Pärast shampooniga pesemist tuleks panna juustesse mõni tõhus mask. Seejärel tuleks panna pähe vannimüts ja ümber selle mässida vannirätik. See soojendab maski ja suurendab sellega mõju veelgi.



One of the most important thing I started to do is eating healthier and lighter. Actually I didn't eat very unhealthy but there is always room for improvement. I am consciously eating more fruits, vegetables, black bread instead the white bread, eggs and olive oil. The hardest thing is to avoid cakes and sweets.
Üks väga olulisi asju, mida ma muutsin, oli toitumine. Ma hakkasin teadlikult sööma rohkem aedvilju, juurvilju, puuvilju, musta leiba saia asemel, mune ja oliiviõli. Kõige raskem on hoiduda koogikestest ja magusast.



The second very important thing is exercising. I started running ( I live besides the river, where I have a lovely running path). Also, I looked up the Yoga book I bought years ago and never made it any use. Now I have read it through and whenever I find time I am trying to do the exercises at home. As the third thing I bought an exercise disc which should burn fat fromthe sides to get back my waistline. Exercising is also good for hair. Actually activating the blood circulation by exercising is good for almost everything in your body.
Teine väga oluline asi on trenn. Ma hakkasin jooksmas käima, mida ma üritan nädalas paar korda vähemalt teha. Lisaks, ma otsisin välja joogaõpiku, mille ma paar aastat tagasi ostsin, kuid kordagi seda ei lugenud. Nüüd siis võtsin kätte ja lugesin läbi ning üritan kodus jooga harjutusi teha. Kolmandaks ma ostsin treeningketta, millel ennast keerutades ma loodan sangadest lahti saada ja veidi enda olematuid kõhulihaseid treenida.


The last thing in my plan is to peeling myself with coffee. It is effective when loosing the cellulite. When you go under the shower take a little cup of coffee mixed with few drops of water or olive oil along you. Massage it on your thighs and hold it atleast 20 minutes.Or if you want an effective peeler for your whole body you can use the coffee. I love it. It makes me so peeled and at the same time so soft. Skin is like a baby skin.
Viimane asi mu plaanis on kohviga koorimine. Kohvipuru tuleks segada paari tilga veega või oliiviõliga. Masseerides seda reitele, aitab see tselluliiti vähendada. Seejärel tuleks hoida seda reitel vähemalt 20 minutit, mis on natuke tüütu osa. Samas on kohvipuru üleüldse väga mõnus kehakoorija. Nahk on täiesti sile ja beebipehme pärast koorimist.
